We've all had days at some time or other (yes I remember them well, even now), where we've put the alarm clock on 'sleep', pulled the covers over and had a mental battle with ourselves over getting up and going to work. Am I right? Have you, or are you experiencing this feeling?
In our new business 'SUCCEED AND GROW' we have been delighted at rediscovering and implementing a "HOLISTIC APPROACH" to work that has had amazing benefits for us.
Here are some things we have felt the benefit of :
-Less stress
-More wellbeing
-We get sick hardly ever
-We love getting up every morning
-Life has become an exciting playground
-We are getting to know our inner child once again.
Putting love and gratitude into everything you do will be noticed by those around you.
Most of all it will be noticed by......you.
TRY THIS EXERCISE:
Take a cleaning cloth....a nice,soft,generous cloth and some good quality cleaning spray....(something environmentally and people friendly). Spray a bench top or kitchen table top or similar. Really engage in the process of putting "Love and Gratitude" into this activity. (If you have trouble doing this - think of things you are greatful for as you perform the activity). Look at this lovely surface that serves you so well and is there whenever you need to use it. Do this for three minutes.
