WHAT DO YOU WANT FOR CHRISTMAS?

HOW LONG IS YOUR LIST?......WHAT WOULD YOUR BUSINESS LIKE THIS CHRISTMAS?


I have to say that I'm really over the consumable customs that largely make up Christmas these days... So I like to make a list that I am fairly sure will bring me happiness, peace and a little joy.  ( and isn't that one of the main aims of this holiday season ?...as well as celebrating a special birthday occasion).

So here are my Christmas wishes for you.....and what I also truly wish for myself ....(hope you totally enjoy them ....they may come from anywhere or anyone and at anytime....expect them!)
The first wish for you is....


Joy in just being alive and enJOYing the moments of this Christmas time.....with family, pets or just enjoying your own company.
I also wish you time to experience peace.....at home, or in the world of nature.....this is so restoring after a hard year's work.


Lastly, I want to wish you laughter......and not just one laugh but a good few deep, uncontrollable belly laughs.....It will lighten your whole being.

WELLBEING WHILE AT WORK...

FIVE THINGS TO ASK YOURSELF IF YOU HAVE JUST STARTED A HOME BUSINESS: (FOR THE CONTINUING BENEFIT OF YOUR WELLBEING).

  • How are my eyes coping with the amount of time I am in front of a computer screen?  Be careful not to put them under too much strain.  A simple technique to reduce eye strain is to focus on an object in the distance.  You can use the 20/20 rule....Every 20 minutes take a 20 second break and focus into the distance about 20 metres.



  • Are you getting a good balance of work and play?...If you are not there will be more than your eyes showing signs of strain.  Set regular times to play.  Make sure you get good laughing time each day.  This will keep your mental health in order.



  • Dedicate some time to visualization every day...At the beginning of the day is great.  Create all the ways you want your day to go.  See yourself being successful.  This really works!

  • Don't forget to eat.  Small meals often are naturally better for our systems than a couple of heavy meals.  Drink lots of water....important!

                                 

  • Last of all....Get some fresh air.....everyday!  I'm going to type some asterisks here, for this one step alone will do so much to keep you balanced *****  If you can spend a bit of time in nature all the better...if you can't even looking at some visuals of nature and the natural world will help.
